- Request the return within 14 days from the day you receive the order.
- The product must remain in its original condition.
- Do not remove packaging, included items, or the protective film on the screen.
- You cover the return shipping cost when there is no manufacturing defect.
MANUFACTURING DEFECT?
WE COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING.
- Contact customer service through WhatsApp or Instagram.
- Once the manufacturing defect is confirmed, you choose what happens next.
- Choose a full refund or a replacement Qubby.
- Qubby covers the return shipping cost for a confirmed manufacturing defect.
BANK TRANSFER.
WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS.
Once we confirm the return or manufacturing issue, we send the refund by bank transfer within 3 business days.
